About the Haven Suites
Whether you’re staying as a family or visiting with carers, our focus is on providing practical accessibility, familiar comforts close at hand, and a genuinely warm welcome, so you can feel supported and at ease from the very first conversation through to your arrival.
Matching you to the right suite
Every stay is different, and we know that one size doesn’t fit all.
That’s why, rather than asking you to book online and hope for the best, we start with a simple enquiry. This gives us time to understand what you need, answer any questions you might have, and make sure the suite is right for you, whether that includes accessibility requirements or carer arrangements.
Explore The Jordan Suite
The Jordan Suite
£200 per night (individual stay) | £250 per night (shared stay*)
The Jordan Suite is a fully accessible, self-contained space, designed for guests who need step-free access and specialist equipment.
Thoughtfully set out on the ground floor, it offers space to move comfortably, settle in and feel supported throughout your stay. Accessibility features are built into the suite, helping everyday routines feel more manageable and allowing time together to feel calm and unhurried.
Accessibility features include:
- Step-free access throughout
- Accessible parking close by
- Tracking hoists in bedrooms and bathrooms
- Mobile hoist
- Wet rooms with shower seats
- Profiling beds with pressure mattresses
This is our only fully accessible suite, so we prioritise it for guests who need these features to ensure the space is used where it’s needed most.
*Shared stay refers to two young people staying together or a family stay.
Explore The Andrew Suite
The Andrew Suite
£160 per night
The Andrew Suite is a comfortable, self-contained space designed for guests who don’t require specialist accessibility equipment.
Perfect for families or young people staying with carers, it offers plenty of room to spread out, relax and keep everyday routines feeling familiar. With multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, there’s space to take a breather when needed, while the suite still feels calm, contained and easy to be in.
Andrew Suite includes:
- Two bedrooms plus a sofa bed
- Two bathrooms
- A fully equipped kitchen
- Washing machine
- WiFi and smart TV
- A generous living area for relaxing together
This suite is often a good fit when carers are staying alongside a young person, or when a little extra space makes a big difference.
Explore The Sarah Suite
The Sarah Suite
£160 per night
The Sarah Suite is our smallest suite and is often well suited to a child or young person staying with a carer.
It’s a quieter, more contained space that works particularly well for shorter stays or for guests who benefit from a simpler layout. With everything you need close at hand, the suite is easy to manage and comfortable for all.
Sarah Suite includes:
- One bedroom plus a sofa bed
- One bathroom
- A fully equipped kitchen
- Washing machine
- WiFi and smart TV
- A cosy living space with familiar comforts
For some guests, this simpler setup makes the stay feel more manageable and less overwhelming.
Both the Andrew and Sarah Suites are accessed via stairs. There is no lift, and these suites are best suited to guests who are able to manage stairs independently or with support.

Who can use the Haven Suites?
The Haven Suites are for children and young people with multiple and complex needs, and for the families and carers who support them.
Stays are used by families, private carers and professionals, whether for a planned short break, time to rest, or a change of pace. You don’t need a referral to enquire, and you don’t need to fit a single definition or pathway.
If you’re unsure whether the Suites would be right for your situation, we encourage you to get in touch. We’re always happy to talk things through and help you decide if the space is a good fit.
Do we need a referral?
No referral is needed. Families, carers and professionals can all enquire directly. You don’t need to go through a formal process to get in touch, just let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll take it from there.
How long can we stay?
Stays can range from one night up to two weeks in a single booking. Some guests visit for a short break, while others stay a little longer to properly rest and reset. Availability can vary, so we recommend getting in touch to talk through dates.
Is bedding provided?
Yes. Bedding and towels are provided in each suite, with spares available. Many guests also choose to bring familiar items from home, such as weighted blankets, favourite cushions or toys.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available on site, including accessible parking spaces located close to the building to make arriving and leaving easier.
Can we bring pets?
Unfortunately, pets aren’t allowed in the Suites, but registered assistance dogs are very welcome.
What else can we access on site?
Guests have access to the on-site Haven Café during their stay, which is open to the entire community. Outdoor areas are currently being developed and will be available in the future.
